We’ll gather in the fertile darkness of winter, where quiet contemplation in the warm radiance of wise women will invite your unique stories, images, memories and ideas to flow onto the blank page. By slowing down and attuning to our bodies through mindfulness, authentic movement, sensory awareness practices and artful rituals, we’ll practice writing from the inside-out. Writing from this embodied place awakens creativity, insight and connection to our true nature. Writing within our compassionate community offers inspiration and support for the unfolding of your authentic voice. We will breathe, move, sit, write, draw, and share what arises in the space between our hearts and pens. Emphasis is not on technique or critique.
